All you need is 2 Q-tips, 2 regular envelopes, a signed Consent Form and postage.  That's it!

Collecting your DNA sample is easy as 1-2-3

1.  Using 2 cotton swabs, swab the inside of the cheek with each one in an up-and-down motion for 20 seconds. This collects cheek cells not saliva.

2.  Put the swabs in a paper envelope. DO NOT USE PLASTIC BAGS or put anything in the envelope with your sample. Write the name of the person submitting the sample on the envelope and seal it with tape.

3.  Print and sign the consent form and put it and the sample envelope in a mailing envelope and send it directly to our lab.

Simple as 1-2-3

The faster you get your samples to the lab, the sooner the perfumer will have the results to begin your fragrance formulation.

If you choose to expedite your formulation the Consent Form with the laboratory address will be emailed to you for you to print out and send back to the lab with your sample.
